GRAND THEFT CLAUDE is an offline-capable arcade game. It is built to work without collecting any personal data at all.
None. The game has no accounts, no sign-in, no analytics, no tracking, and no server of its own. Nothing you do in the game is transmitted anywhere.
Your save data (money, missions, unlocks, settings) is stored only in your browser's / app's local storage on your own device. Uninstalling the app or clearing site data deletes it. We cannot see it or recover it.
The optional "selfie booth" feature uses your camera only while you have it open, and only after you grant permission. Photos are composed on your device and are saved or shared only when you choose to, through your device's own save/share dialog. No camera imagery ever leaves your device otherwise, and the game works fully if you deny the permission.
The game may use your device's vibration motor for gameplay feedback (getting hit, crashes). This can be ignored by your device settings and involves no data.
The current release shows no third-party advertising and includes no ad SDKs. The in-game "advertisement" screens are simulated placeholders rendered by the game itself. If real advertising is ever added, this policy will be updated first and the store listing's data-safety section revised accordingly.
Since no data is collected from anyone, no data is collected from children.
